What a beautifully articulated message from Brett Hardy! It is so important to not suffer alone in your grief but to share those feelings and grow through the experience. Thank you for reminding us that is possible...
Children are often the silent and forgotten mourners, because they express their grief differently than adults. Thanks for your article. A new book on grief for children can be found at www.4aspirebooks.com. It explores the grief process through the eyes of a child, encourages children to say goodbye and demonstrates that it is possible to love again. It also contains a section for caregivers.
