The Hospice Information Center brings you information about hospice care and other aspects of end of life, such as caregiving, grief, and palliative care. We let you listen to the voices of people who have experienced hospice, who work in hospice, and other experts who work in the area of grief and bereavement. We let you know about the basics of hospice care and what you can expect. We also want to reach a diverse community and to that end, will produce materials in Spanish and Chinese. All materials are free to download, reproduce and to share as long they are reproduced in their entirety. This project, funded largely by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, seeks to help people in the United States understand hospice and palliative care with the hope that knowledge will improve decision-making at the end of life. HFA is not a membership organization and has no direct financial or other relationship to hospice providers.
